FREQUENTLY ASK QUESTIONS

Pre-glued lashes are lash clusters with adhesive already applied, so there’s no need for separate lash glue, bond & seal or waiting for it to dry.

STEP 1 : PREP

  • Clean your natural lashes with an oil- and cream-free cleanser.
  • Make sure your lashes are completely free from makeup, SPF, moisturiser and any excess oil.
  • Allow your lashes to dry completely before applying.
  • If you have straight lashes, gently curl them first. This helps lift your natural lashes and gives you a better view of your lash line during application.

STEP 2: REMOVE THE LASH FROM TRAY

  • Use a lash applicator and slide it underneath the cluster. Gently push the cluster away from the tray to lift it out. Avoid touching the pre-glued band where possible.

TIP: Our non-stick tweezer is designed with a smooth, non-stick grip, so it’s safe if it comes into contact with the pre-glued band without affecting the adhesive. Take a look at our non stick tweezer

STEP 3:  APPLY LASHES

  • Place the lash cluster underneath your natural lashes, as close to the lash line as possible. Do not apply the lash cluster directly onto your waterline.

STEP 4: SECURE & BLEND

  • Gently use your fingertips to pinch the lash cluster and your natural lashes together to secure them in place.
  • Then, use a spoolie to gently brush through your lashes, blending the clusters with your natural lashes for a seamless finish.

The number of clusters you need depend on your eye shape, eye size and the look you want to achieve. Use fewer clusters for a more natural look, or add more for extra volume and intensity.

We recommend
4–5 clusters per eye for a full, balanced look.

Tip: Start with fewer clusters and add more as needed to create your desired look.

It's typically lasts for a week, with some customers achieving up to 10 days with proper application and care.

If you’ve only worn them for one day:

  • Gently peel the lash clusters downward and away from your natural lashes, starting from the outer corner. Take your time and remove them slowly and gently. Never pull or tug.

If you’ve worn them for days and ready for a new set :

  1. Apply a generous amount of oil- or cream-based cleanser to the top and underneath of your lashes.
  2. Gently work the cleanser into the lash area and leave it for about 1 minute to help loosen the adhesive.
  3. Then, gently peel the lash clusters away. If you feel any resistance, stop and repeat the process rather than pulling. The adhesive should loosen before the lashes are removed.

Missy Lashes are lightweight and designed to feel comfortable on your natural lashes.

Once applied correctly, you shouldn’t feel anything poking or irritating your eyes. If a cluster feels uncomfortable, gently remove it and reapply it in a more comfortable position.

For the most comfortable fit, place the clusters along your natural lash line, making sure they don’t touch your waterline or eyelid.

Missy Lashes are designed to give you definition and volume without the need for mascara, so simply apply your lashes and enjoy the finished look.
