We want you to love your lashes! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

 

                   🛍️ Return Eligibility

Because pre-glued lashes are a hygiene product, we can only accept returns if:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery


Opened or used lashes cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene and safety reasons.

 


        📦 Damaged or Defective Items

 

 


If your item arrives damaged or defective

  • Please contact us within 72 hours after you received the package 
  • Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue
    We will gladly send a replacement or refund depending on the situation.


                          💸 Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method
  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 



                         ↩️ Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

 

If you need a different style, please request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.



                     🚚 Return Shipping

 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective
  • We recommend using a tracked postage service to ensure your item reaches us
