📦 Order Processing Time


  • All orders are processed within 24 hours.
  • During product launches, promotions, or peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

 

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times (According to Australian Post) 

 


  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

    Shipping fees are calculated at checkout 

     
    📍 Tracking Information

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 


🏠 Incorrect Address

 

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
  • Missy Lash is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.


📦 Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your parcel is delayed, please contact the courier first using your tracking number.
  • If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist.
  • Missy Lash is not liable for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed.
